Swimming Pool

Our stylish outdoor pool is surrounded by a generous sundeck, privately owned cabanas, and a nicely decorated garden terrace. There's even a kiddie pool, complete with water jets to bring out the kid in everyone. The pool season is normally open from Memorial Day weekend through the Labor Day weekend.

Sundeck / Pool - Admission Policy

A set of plastic passes will be issued to each residential unit or cabana unit (if the cabana is not owned by a residential unit owner) at the beginning of the pool season. The set of passes will include:
- A blue resident pass for each resident in the unit. (limit 4 for two bedroom, limit 2 for studio and one bedroom, and limit 4 for cabana owners who are not residents.)
- Two (2) pink guest passes that are valid any day.
- Two (2) yellow guest passes that are valid on weekdays only.
All passes issued to you will be imprinted with a coded number associated with your unit and have a rustproof pin allowing them to be attached to your clothing.
Upon entering the pool deck area:
- Residents, cabana occupants, and their guests must display their passes.
- Yellow weekday guest passes will not be permitted on weekends.
- Guests must turn in their guest pass for a wristband along with either $5 or a guest coupon available for purchase in the management office. Upon leaving for the day, guests must turn in their wristbands in exchange for their guest pass.
While you are on the sundeck or in the pool area
- While residents and cabana occupants are not required to wear their pass on their clothing, we prefer that passes are visible and they should be available at all times. Passes for guests should be visible or available at all times. Residents, cabana occupants, or your guests may be asked by building staff to show passes if they are not visible. Anyone unable to present a pass will be required to leave.
If you lose either a resident pass or a guest pass you must return all your remaining passes along with a $25 fee to the management office in exchange for a new set of passes.
Anyone discovered attempting to circumvent these admission procedures will be required to leave the pool deck and sun deck area.

Pool Rules

Pool Hours are 9 AM to 10:00 PM daily
All activities around the pool and pool deck shall be conducted in accordance with the provision of federal, state, and local public health regulations, as well as any other applicable laws.
Conduct within the area must be such that the safety of self and others is not jeopardized. Running, boisterous, or rough play is not permitted.
The pool and pool deck are for the enjoyment of the PPT residents, cabana owners and their guests only.
Any child under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an individual age 16 or older. This responsible person must be ready to respond in the event of an emergency.
All posted rules must be obeyed.
Limit of (4) four guests per unit are permitted on weekdays and (2) two guests per unit on weekends.
Bathing suit attire is required when swimming.
Children in diapers MUST wear "little swimmers" or similar swim wear
Food/beverages are permitted on the deck. NO GLASS items are allowed on the deck or in the pool area at any time. Broken glass will warrant the immediate closing of the pool.
Food/beverages are not permitted inside the pool.
Smoking and Drinking of Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside or on the edge of the pool at any time.
Radios/boom boxes must be kept at a reasonable level.
The Pool and Deck area must be left clean and tidy after use. If not the unit owner will be assessed a clean-up charge of $25.
Guest passes are available for purchase at the pool or management office. Guest passes are $5.00/day or (5) five for $20.00. Each pass is good for one person for one day.
No pets allowed in pool or deck area.
Lounge chairs, tables, benches, or other furnishings may not be "held" or reserved for later use.
