1. Scheduling of the elevator and payment for use must be made with the Management office fourteen (14) days prior to a move.
2. Moving hours and non-refundable moving fees are:

   Saturday	9am to 5pm	$300
   Sunday	10am to 2pm	$300

3. The elevator is reserved for the following amount of time:

   Sudio	(2) Two Hours
   One Bedroom	(2) Two Hours
   Two Bedroom	(3) Three Hours

4. When moving out don't forget to take any bicycles you may have in the bike rooms and notify the management office that your bicycle has been removed.

Any furniture or large package deliveries need to be scheduled in advance with the Management Office (773-929-9200). There is no charge for furniture or large package delivery.

• Television
  • Park Place Tower has a bulk cable agreement with RCN Chicago. The cost for this service is included in your assessment. This agreement covers the Signature Digital Cable package, which includes one digital converter box with access to 218 SD channels. 60 HD channels are included in this package, however HD reception requires an up-charge for an HD converter box. Additional converter boxes and packages are available from RCN, but are not covered by the bulk agreement. More information can be found on the RCN web site.
  • In addition to RCN, you may choose to receive cable television from Comcast. Please keep in mind that choosing Comcast will not remove the charge for RCN from your assessment.
  • Residents on the south side of the building may access satellite TV. However, this will not remove the charge for RCN from your assessment. Satellite dishes are NOT permitted outside the windows. Unit owner with a dish outside their unit will be subject to a fine of $500 plus $10 a day until the dish is removed. Any repairs to the building that may be required as a result of installation or removal of a satellite dish shall be at the expense of the unit owner.
• Telephone
  • Telephone service is provided by AT&T. Telephone over cable is provided by RCN and Comcast.
• Internet
  • DSL is available from AT&T; Cable modem is available from RCN and Comcast.
• Electricity
  • The local electric company is ComEd. New service can be established through their web site or by calling 1-800-Edison-1
• Heating / Air Conditioning
  • Park Place Tower has a two-pipe fan coil central air system that provides heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.
